Application specification

ACC provides with silicon metal powder, silicon metal and ferro silicon based on different specifications upon clients' requests. They are widely used in smelting industry, chemical production, foundry industry.etc.

ACC pellet activated carbon produced from coal, wood and coconut shell, either by high temperature steam activation or chemical activation under stringent quality control. With low ash content, large surface area, high mechanical hardness, high pore volume and chemical stability.


ACC Activated Coke is a carbonaceous material produced by steam activation. It has high mechanical strength against abrasion and crushing. Its surface area is 150-300 m2/g, less than the conventional activated carbon but much higher than the metallurgical coal. Activated coke is a porous material used to remove organic compounds from liquid and gases by a process known as adsorption. In this application, it is used for high efficiency desulfurization and used to adsorb pollutants such as Hg, SO2, SO3 or NOx from boiler flue gas, power plant and city waste burning smoke, etc.


Through a suitable impregnation, the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon can be increased considerably, for economic collection of several hard to adsorb gas pollutants such as hydrogen sulphide, mercury or ammonia.

Typical impregnation chemicals are sulphur (for the removal of mercury), potassium iodide (H2S, AsH3, radioactive isotopes), potassium carbonate (HCl, HF, SO2) and silver (for drinking water treatment).

ACC Carbon catalysts are produced through the surface modification of modified activated carbon. The activated carbon itself can be used as a catalyst, and its selectivity and conversion rate can reach or exceed the performance of the traditional catalysts supporting the precious metal. In addition, the production cost of catalysts is greatly reduced because the precious metal is not required, and the recovery procedure of used catalysts is simplified, so carbon catalysts have been widely used in various industries.


Bamboo activated carbon has developed pore structure, which is better than other raw materials of activated carbon. It has strong absorption capacity to small molecule organic pollutants and trace heavy metal ions by its developed micropore, also combined with biological regeneration, in order to fully extend the service life of activated carbon.
